What makes Qaswa different from other AI and software firms?

We ship. Most firms in this space advise on AI; we have eight platforms shipped — seven of them running for real users, including five inside a client's own Azure tenant, behind their identity provider — and none of them changes a client system unless a person asks it to. And because we also run managed IT, we build to the standard a security review actually applies: managed identities, least-privilege access, full audit, and numbers reconciled against the system they replace before anyone switches over.

Can you build custom AI for our business?

Yes — it's the core of what we do. Recent builds include a labor and overtime intelligence platform that replaced a 25 MB Excel workbook for a multi-site senior living operator, and a meeting-to-action system that extracts to-dos and decisions from an executive's meetings and drafts the follow-up communications. We start by mapping the process you actually run today, then build on the data you already produce — usually without any new integrations.

Where does our data go when you build AI for us?

For client platforms, nowhere it isn't already. We deploy into your own cloud tenant and use your existing identity provider, so meeting content, employee records, and operational data never leave your organization. Models run as your own resource — prompts and completions aren't used to train foundation models — and every request is tied to a person signed in through your own identity provider, with access limited to the people you name. If your security team wants the architecture in writing before anything is built, that's the normal starting point, not an exception.
